Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
1. If there has been an accidental double payment for the same product, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. If you bought an incorrect product but then purchased the correct one from SYSCute, we will refund the cost of the initial, incorrect purchase.
3. If you have not received your registration code within 12 hours of purchase or have not had a response from our support team within 24 hours after reaching out via email, you are entitled to a refund.
4. If you encounter critical technical issues with our software and our technical support team is unable to resolve the problem within 30 days, we will provide a refund.
5. If you were not aware that your order was set to auto-renew and did not receive an email notification before the renewal took place, please contact us within 5 days of the charge, and we will process a refund.
UNACCEPTED cases
A refund will not be issued in the following scenarios:
1. Failure to receive a product key if no attempt was made to contact our support team for assistance.
2. Refund requests, including those for renewal orders, that fall outside our designated refund window.
3. Purchasing an incorrect program without seeking an exchange or a refund within the specified refund timeframe.
4. Opting for a "correct" product from another company after purchasing a so-called "wrong" product from us.
5. Requests for refunds based on price differences across regions or various sellers.
7. Changing your mind post-purchase of any product or subscription.
8. Encountering technical issues but declining to contact our support team for assistance or failing to provide a detailed description of the issue.
9. Misunderstanding the product's functions and features or having a lack of understanding prior to purchase, leading to refund requests.
10. Refund claims related to credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions.
11. Requests for refunds due to user error resulting in invalid code issues.

SYSCute is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 5-day money-back guarantee for subscription-based products, including our 1-month and 12-month licenses, as well as a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime licenses. The countdown for this period begins on the purchase date.
By default, all our subscriptions are configured for automatic renewal. However, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any point during the term.
